Approved profile information is public. Verification emails, request contact details and moderation notes are not displayed publicly and are used to review ownership, availability, requests and safety reports.
Purpose, retention and choices
Information is used to operate, secure and moderate Colosseum. It is retained only as reasonably necessary for those purposes and applicable obligations. Use the Contact page to request access, correction or removal where available under applicable law.
Your choices
Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information. Keep public profile details limited to what you want other fighters to see, and use the private fields only for moderation and verification.
