M19 Muay Thai is a Koh Phangan camp between the jungle and mountains, equipped for bag work, pads, clinching, sparring and ice-bath recovery. Its official Zero to Hero and discovery programs combine twice-daily coached training with structured preparation for beginners or students aiming toward a first fight.
